Footzzle Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By downloading or using Footzzle, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. The service
Footzzle is a football puzzle game provided by Ataberk Dinç under the ATA Games developer name. Features, puzzles, rankings, events, and online availability may change as the game is improved.
3. Profiles and fair play
You are responsible for activity associated with your profile and for keeping access codes secure. Do not cheat, automate play, exploit errors, impersonate others, harass players, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive profiles or remove invalid leaderboard results.
4. Purchases and advertising
Footzzle may display advertising and offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's payment and refund rules. The Remove All Ads entitlement applies as described in the purchase screen and can be restored through the supported store account.
5. Intellectual property
Footzzle's software, original artwork, interface, text, and branding belong to ATA Games or its licensors. Footballer and club names may identify real-world subjects and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the game except where law expressly permits it.
6. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep Footzzle accurate and available, but football data, network services, and third-party services can change or contain errors. The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Footzzle at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain the service.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when Footzzle or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to ataberk.dinc@yahoo.com.

1. Kabul
Footzzle'ı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın.
2. Hizmet
Footzzle, ATA Games geliştirici adı altında Ataberk Dinç tarafından sunulan bir futbol bulmaca oyunudur. Oyun geliştirilirken özellikler, bulmacalar, sıralamalar, etkinlikler ve çevrimiçi kullanılabilirlik değişebilir.
3. Profiller ve adil oyun
Profilinizle yapılan işlemlerden ve erişim kodlarını korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Hile yapmayın, oyunu otomatikleştirmeyin, hataları kötüye kullanmayın, başkasını taklit etmeyin, oyuncuları taciz etmeyin veya hizmete müdahale etmeyin. Kötüye kullanılan profilleri kısıtlayabilir ve geçersiz sıralama sonuçlarını kaldırabiliriz.
4. Satın almalar ve reklamlar
Footzzle reklam gösterebilir ve isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar sunabilir. Ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir ve ilgili mağazanın ödeme ve iade kurallarına tabidir. Tüm Reklamları Kaldır hakkı satın alma ekranında açıklanan kapsamda geçerlidir ve desteklenen mağaza hesabıyla geri yüklenebilir.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Footzzle yazılımı, özgün görselleri, arayüzü, metinleri ve markası ATA Games'e veya lisans verenlere aittir. Futbolcu ve kulüp adları gerçek dünyadaki kişi ve kuruluşları tanımlar ve ilgili sahiplerine aittir. Kanunun açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında oyunu kopyalayamaz, satamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya ticari olarak kullanamazsınız.
6. Kullanılabilirlik ve sorumluluk
Footzzle'ı doğru ve erişilebilir tutmaya çalışırız; ancak futbol verileri, ağ hizmetleri ve üçüncü taraf hizmetleri değişebilir veya hata içerebilir. Oyun, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde “mevcut olduğu haliyle” sunulur. Bu koşullar, yasal olarak kaldırılamayan tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
7. Askıya alma ve sona erdirme
Footzzle'ı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Oyuncuları korumak, bu koşulları uygulamak, yasalara uymak veya hizmeti sürdürmek için makul ölçüde gerektiğinde erişimi askıya alabiliriz.
8. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Footzzle veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki tarih güncel sürümü gösterir. Sorularınız için ataberk.dinc@yahoo.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
